Dr. Pallavi Atul Kulkarni, holds MBBS and MS (Anatomy) degrees from V.M. Medical College, Solapur, and is Professor in the Department of Anatomy at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Medical College, Pune. She is a life member of the Anatomical Society of India and the Society of Clinical Anatomy, and a member of the Regional Chapter of Anatomy. She has eight publications in indexed national and international journals. She serves as in-charge of NAAC Criterion 6 and at BVDUMC as a member of the Medical Education Unit and the committee for allotment of electives to third-year students. She has also contributed as a team member to an audiology workshop. She attended the Basic Course in Medical Education at a regional centre in 2026 and serves as faculty for the Foundation Course language module. She completed the 3T Bioethics Training Programme for medical teachers at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, in May 2015. She has attended over 25 state and national conferences and over 25 workshops. Her academic interests include gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy and medical education technology.

Dr Rachana Lakhe, completed her MBBS from GMC, Nagpur, Maharashtra and MD (Pathology) from M R Medical College, Gulbarga, Karnataka in 2015 followed by fellowship in Diagnostic Hematology in 2021 .
With about 11 years of experience, she is Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Medical College, Pune.
She has been a member of Medical Education committee and involved in organizing various faculty development workshops and residents workshops in the Medical college and across the campus. She is a Research champion for the department of Pathology and assigned with responsibility to motivate and monitor actively the publications of faculty and post graduate students of Pathology
She is involved in Undergraduate orientation programs wherein she conducts yoga and meditation as a part of Sports committee activity.
Her expertise is into bone marrow procedures and diagnostics, flow cytometry, HPLC. She works in an NABL accredited laboratory and heads the section of Clinical pathology
She has presented papers in various national and state conferences and has about 20 published papers in national and international indexed journals and 1 patent on the work of museum gross specimens.

She has worked as Medical Officer in Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital , and MMF’s Joshi hospital Pune for a few years and completed MD Biochemistry from Dr.D.Y.Patil Medical College, Pimpri, Pune in 2010. With 14 years of Teaching experience in Biochemistry she is currently working as Professor in Department of Biochemistry at Bharati Vidyapeeth(Deemed to be ) University Medical College, Pune and is involved in all Undergraduate and Postgraduate Academic and Research activities. She has completed Internal Audit & Quality Management as per ISO 15189:2022 at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University Medical College, Pune and is authorized signatory for Clinical Biochemistry section of Central Clinical Laboratory of Bharati Hospital & Research Centre, Pune. She is member of Medical Education Unit of the institution and has completed Advanced Course in Medical Education (ACME) from Seth G.S.Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai.
